1. GENERAL
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all guests of B&B Casa Alegria.
1.2 By making a reservation request or reservation, you, as a guest of B&B Casa Alegria, agree to the General Terms and Conditions.
1.3 The minimum stay at B&B Casa Alegria is two nights.
1.4 Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 8:00 to 11:00. Different arrangements can be made upon request. Late check-in is possible, but a fee of €20.00 will be charged for arrivals after 23:30. A late check-out is possible if the room is not reserved on the day of departure, with a fee of €20.00. No refunds will be provided for early departures.
1.5 Smoking is not allowed indoors or in the rooms. Smoking is permitted outside, but please dispose of all cigarette butts in ashtrays and ensure they are completely extinguished.
1.6 Pets are not allowed.
1.7 B&B Casa Alegria is not suitable for young children.
1.8 Guests can park their cars in the private parking area at their own risk.
1.9 Guests must have a fixed place of residence.
1.10 The owners of B&B Casa Alegria reserve the right to deny or refuse access to the accommodation to guests who violate the general terms and conditions and/or house rules or engage in inappropriate behavior, without further notice or explanation and without a refund of accommodation costs.
1.11 B&B Casa Alegria reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions. By using the website and facilities, you accept and acknowledge that the terms and conditions in effect at the time of use are binding.

2. RATES
2.1 The displayed rates are per room, per night, and include breakfast for two people.
2.2 The displayed rates include the use of water, electricity, air conditioning, and bed and bath linens. We appreciate your responsible use of water and air conditioning.
2.3 The displayed rates include VAT (or similar tax) according to the current VAT rate.
2.4 The displayed rates exclude the use of the honesty bar and other services offered by B&B Casa Alegria.
2.5 The displayed rates exclude the costs of cancellation and travel insurance. We recommend obtaining cancellation and travel insurance.
2.6 The displayed rates are subject to change.

3. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
3.1 A reservation request or reservation can be made verbally, by phone, in writing, by email, or through booking sites.
3.3 Upon receipt of your reservation request and the confirmation sent by B&B Casa Alegria, you are required to make the deposit payment. The reservation is only confirmed once you have received our confirmation and the deposit payment has been made.

4. PAYMENT
4.1 The deposit payment is 50% (different percentages may apply for bookings through other websites) and confirms the reservation once received. The remaining payment must be made no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
4.2 For reservations made within 4 weeks of arrival, the total accommodation amount must be paid immediately.
4.3 The deposit and remaining payment must be transferred to IBAN: BE32 0637 2924 2702, indicating Casa Alegria and your reservation number.
4.4 Additional costs for the use of the honesty bar and other services should be settled in cash before departure. Prices can be found at the honesty bar.

5. CANCELLATION
5.1 Cancellations are only accepted in writing or by email, indicating your reservation number.
5.2 In the event of

cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply, in addition to the applicable reservation and other costs:
• Cancellation up to the 90th day before arrival: 15% of the rental price
• Cancellation from the 90th to the 60th day before arrival: 50% of the rental price
• Cancellation from the 60th to the 31st day before arrival: 75% of the rental price
• Cancellation from the 31st day to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the rental price
• Cancellation on the day of arrival or later: 100% of the rental price
5.3 In the case of a no-show, the full accommodation amount is payable.
5.4 We recommend obtaining travel and cancellation insurance.

6. FORCE MAJEURE
6.1 In the event of force majeure, whether permanent or temporary, B&B Casa Alegria is entitled to wholly or partially terminate the agreement or temporarily suspend it, without the guest being entitled to demand performance and/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: war risks, war, riots, strikes, boycotts, disruptions in the energy supply, traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters, and any other circumstances beyond reasonable control and that would reasonably prevent the accommodation from fulfilling the agreement. We will make every effort to provide you with alternative accommodation. If you choose not to accept the alternative, the paid costs will be credited to you.

7. LIABILITY
7.1 B&B Casa Alegria cannot be held liable for any damage suffered by the guest or third parties during their stay at the accommodation. The guest indemnifies B&B Casa Alegria against any claims in this regard. B&B Casa Alegria is not liable for malfunctions in and around the accommodation, such as power and water supply, technical installations, or unannounced construction and road works in the vicinity of the accommodation. B&B Casa Alegria is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of personal property belonging to guests.
7.2 B&B Casa Alegria can only be held liable for damages caused by gross negligence or negligence on the part of the owners.
7.3 The liability of the accommodation is always limited to the maximum amount that the insurer of B&B Casa Alegria will pay in the event.
7.4 The use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. B&B Casa Alegria cannot be held liable for any bodily injury or damage to personal property resulting from the use of the swimming pool.

8. DAMAGES
8.1 Guests are expected to behave properly and use the bed and breakfast accommodation in accordance with the reasonable instructions provided by the accommodation or the owners.
8.2 The main guest is legally liable for any damage caused by them or their fellow guests to B&B Casa Alegria, its property, or individuals present therein.
8.3 Any damages must be reported immediately to the owners. The guest is responsible for reimbursing any repair or replacement costs.
8.4 In case of lost keys, all resulting costs will be charged to the guest.
